These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "Player", "you") and uwon77 ("uwon77", "we", "our", "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://uwon77.cam and all associated subdomains and services.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the uwon77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all games, promotions, betting markets, live casino services, lottery products, arcade titles, and any other features made available through uwon77, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported interface.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required prior to certain Account activities, including but not limited to withdrawal processing.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate betting turnover a Member must achieve before Bonus Funds, or winnings derived from Bonus Funds, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any conduct described in Section 10 of these Terms as being expressly forbidden on the Platform.
• "Operator" means uwon77 and its licensed subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents responsible for operating the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on uwon77, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. uwon77 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and applies mandatory KYC verification to confirm member age prior to withdrawal processing.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate Information: All registration details, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number, must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
• No Restrictions: You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law, nor must you be subject to any self-exclusion order.
• Not an Employee: Employees, directors, officers, agents, and immediate family members of uwon77 or its affiliated companies are not eligible to register as Members.

Account registration is subject to the following conditions:

• Members are required to complete the registration form in full and provide accurate personal information. uwon77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
• Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Members must successfully complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian IC / MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months), and a clear selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document.

• Typical KYC review is completed within 24 to 48 hours of successful document submission. Members will receive notification of the outcome via their registered email address.
• Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through an Account is deemed to be the act of the registered Account holder. uwon77 shall bear no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a Member's failure to safeguard their credentials.

Access to and use of the uwon77 Platform is granted on a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable basis, subject to continued compliance with these Terms. Members agree to the following conditions of use:

• The Platform and all Content therein are provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of any Platform content is expressly prohibited.
• Members must not use automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to access, navigate, or interact with the Platform.
• Members must not exploit technical errors, glitches, or bugs in the Platform's software. Any apparent error must be reported to uwon77's support team immediately. Winnings derived from exploiting known or suspected technical errors may be voided at uwon77's discretion.
• The Platform must be accessed using legitimate, personal internet connections. The use of VPNs, proxies, or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or KYC requirements is prohibited.
• All communications with uwon77 staff and other Members must be conducted in a respectful and lawful manner. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct will result in immediate Account suspension.

All financial transactions on the uwon77 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and payment activity:

• uwon77 supports deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotional terms. No maximum deposit limit is set at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. uwon77 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• uwon77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Members are advised to check with their respective payment provider prior to initiating a deposit.
• Deposits are credited to the Member's Account Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In the event of a technical delay, Members should contact support with proof of transaction.

Withdrawal of funds from a Member's Account is subject to the following terms:

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once the Member's Account has been fully KYC-verified. Unverified Accounts may deposit and play, but no withdrawal will be processed until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the following indicative timeframes, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times: E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX — typically 5 to 15 minutes; Direct Bank Wire — typically 15 to 60 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. uwon77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 unless otherwise specified. Members may be required to wager their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal request is eligible for processing, depending on the deposit method and applicable promotion terms.
• uwon77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Members will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled system maintenance periods or peak processing hours may experience delays beyond the indicative timeframes stated above. uwon77 will not be held liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers or banking systems.

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered on the uwon77 Platform are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the relevant promotional materials:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Members only. Eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit requirements, qualifying game restrictions, and time limitations, are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Members are advised to read these requirements carefully before opting into any promotion.
• Bonus Funds and real-money funds may not be combined for wagering purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus Funds are typically utilised first, ahead of real-money balance, in determining game stake deductions.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes a Prohibited Activity.

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on the uwon77 Platform:

• All bets and game outcomes are final once the relevant round or event has concluded, subject to any applicable review procedure under these Terms.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the Operator's records and server logs shall be treated as the definitive source of truth. Members may submit disputes to the support team within 72 hours of the relevant event.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may vary by product category, VIP tier, and promotional period.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change without notice up to the point of bet placement. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed constitute the final agreed odds for that wager.
• Live in-play betting odds and markets are subject to additional latency inherent in live event data feeds. uwon77 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after an event outcome has been decided but where the relevant market had not yet been suspended due to data feed latency.
• uwon77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, whether due to obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or manifest mistakes in the displayed odds or game parameters.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uwon77 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or KYC documentation;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting known software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies to derive winnings that would not otherwise be achievable;
• Using third-party payment accounts, prepaid cards without personal attribution, or otherwise obfuscating the source of funds deposited to the Platform;
• Conducting any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software, content, or data structure;
• Making chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals in bad faith in respect of completed and confirmed deposit transactions.

uwon77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as described in Section 10;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Confirmed underage gambling;
• Request by the Member themselves, including self-exclusion requests made in connection with responsible gambling.

In the event of Account closure due to a Member's own request or responsible gambling self-exclusion, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member following completion of KYC and applicable security checks. In the event of closure due to breach of these Terms, uwon77 reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation.

uwon77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing Members with the tools and information necessary to maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gambling provisions apply to all Members:

• All Members have the right to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Requests to reduce existing limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Members may request a temporary self-exclusion period of not less than 24 hours, or a permanent self-exclusion, at any time by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and Members are encouraged to use this tool if gambling is affecting their wellbeing.

All intellectual property rights in and to the uwon77 Platform, including but not limited to its software, source code, game engines, graphical interfaces, logos, trademarks, trade names, written content, and any other materials, are owned by or licensed to uwon77. No licence, assignment, or other transfer of intellectual property rights is granted to Members by virtue of these Terms or their use of the Platform.

Members are expressly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works based on any part of the Platform or its Content without the prior written consent of uwon77. Unauthorised use of uwon77's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• uwon77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
• uwon77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Member's use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including losses attributable to network failures, third-party payment provider delays, system maintenance, or Force Majeure events.
• uwon77's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total value of the Member's real-money Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude uwon77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

uwon77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, uwon77 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to Members via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. If a Member does not agree with any amendment, they must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

These Terms and all matters arising from or connected with a Member's use of the uwon77 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uwon77 holds its operating licence. The Operator's registered jurisdiction is disclosed in its international gaming licence documentation.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and uwon77, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through uwon77's internal customer support process. Members with unresolved disputes may escalate their complaint to the Operator's designated dispute resolution contact. Details are available from the support team upon request.

Members acknowledge that no class action, group litigation, or representative proceedings may be commenced against uwon77 in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform.
